The EU currently bans 1364 chemicals from being used in cosmetics. Granted, their products are not perfect or all safe, but they are at least making the effort to have LESS toxins in their products, especially the worst offenders and ones shown to cause cancer.

Isn't it Ironic?
The following statements on labels strike me as a bit ironic!
My old chapstick states on the label:
Do not Ingest. Harmful if swallowed. Call poison control immediately if ingested.
My old eye make-up remover said:
Avoid contact with your eyes.
Seriously, what is going on with this? It says right on the labels that our products are POISONOUS. Call poison control? Do not ingest?
It is actually more harmful to put something on your skin than it is to eat it, so how does this make any sense??? Someone please help me understand!
